Mark and Mark, your expertise was very impressive. You know about muscles I did not even know I had! Your encouragement made me want to work harder and do better. Katie, you were also very encouraging, particularly getting me to jog that bit further. You also looked after your guests so well.

I just wanted to let you know that I got back running today - did 5 miles instead of my usual 5k AND with an average heart rate 10 beats lower than normal.

I was amazed at how much my fitness level increased in a short space of time – and how much trimmer I look already. FIT has also been a very good kick start to taking more exercise and getting fitter. Although my job is very busy I am determined to fit exercise into my daily routine. Last week I went jogging during my lunch break on three days. I do not always have a lunch break but I am sure that my increased fitness, and the lunchtime jog has made me more productive at work. It has also helped deal with what is at times a very stressful job.
