What's instore during your week
The days start early and will include varied intensive fitness sessions throughout the morning. In the afternoons you can choose to have 1-2-1 personal sports specific fitness training with one of our Instructors. Alternatively, you can enjoy a variety of beauty treatments, relax in the gardens or explore the lovely Sherbourne Estate and local villages. Just prior to the evenings activities we finish with another fitness session which sets you up for a delicious evening meal. Pre dinner drinks begin the evening.
Bespoke
We organise totally bespoke weeks in this beautiful location. 'Sports Specific', perfect for a Club pre season training, 'Corporate Team Building', an original and fun way of building morale and finding natural leaders! 'Celebratory Get-together', if you are looking for a completely different week with a group of friends. Whatever your requirements,
Nutrition
Food is one of the most important parts of FIT Retreat as it is this that helps to fuel your body through the training. All our food is of the highest quality and where possible locally sourced, always fresh and nutritionally balanced. It is designed to help your body recover from each day of training and replenish your energy levels. It is rich in nutrients and proteins and has been thoughtfully compiled to help you get the most out of the week.

Set in over 2.5 acres of original farm land and surrounded by a further 6 acres of a former quarry, now a nature reserve, the accommodation has various decks and seating areas from which you can enjoy stunning views over the Cotswolds and Windrush Valley. Set on a National Trust Estate, the near by woodlands and grounds are perfect for outdoor fitness training. Half way between Oxford and Cheltenham, in the centre of the Cotswolds, it is easy to reach from anywhere in UK. The Cotswolds are very central and accessible, and one of the prettiest areas. Just off the main A40 about an hour from Heathrow.
