Weekend Retreats

A taster to wet your appetite of what our weeks hold in-store. You could use a weekend as training prior to entering a sporting event or to experience something new, lose a few lbs or give yourself a fitness kick start, our weekends are fun and will not disappoint. We also offer totally bespoke weekends, something unique for you and friends to experience and enjoy.

What is included?

  • All fitness training from our military Physical Training Instructors!
  • A comprehensive recipe booklet written by our Head Chef which contains all of the dishes and more from your stay with us!
  • All food which is freshly prepared and locally sourced
  • After care advise for as long as you need it! Once a FIT member you are always a FIT member and you will never be forgotten.
  • Any recipes that you would like to take home with you. Once home, we will always send you more
  • Snacks, drinks and lunch
  • Training programs
  • Membership to FIT, where you are able to get recipes, fitness tips and information
  • All food which is all freshly prepared and locally sourced
  • Accommodation with your own En-suite Bathroom
  • Pre dinner drinks and Wine with dinner

What the weekend holds in-store?

The weekend is a perfect introduction into alternative fun ways to keep fit. We vary the training throughout the day and include Circuit Training, Team Games, Core Training, Kettle Bell Training and Boxing to name but a few. The days are open to both Men and Women of all ages and fitness abilities. You will be able to join in on all activities whatever your fitness level. Fitness is our Instructors passion and it gives them great pleasure to pass on their enthusiasm and knowledge to anyone who is willing to listen and put in the effort to achieve their goals! They have a wealth of knowledge, empathy, care and consideration and a love of making training fun.

In the evening you are welcome to part-take in a glass of wine or beer, in the evenings we eat a delicious three course evening meal. You are able to have sports massages and beauty treatments to finish off your day and leave you totally relaxed and ready for the next days training. The weekends start on a Friday and usually finish on a Monday.

    Set in over 2.5 acres of original farm land and surrounded by a further 6 acres of a former quarry, now a nature reserve, the accommodation has various decks and seating areas from which you can enjoy stunning views over the Cotswolds and Windrush Valley. Set on a National Trust Estate, the near by woodlands and grounds are perfect for outdoor fitness training. Half way between Oxford and Cheltenham, in the centre of the Cotswolds, it is easy to reach from anywhere in UK. The Cotswolds are very central and accessible, and one of the prettiest areas. Just off the main A40 about an hour from Heathrow.
